Billing is handled by Stripe. Open the billing page with the email your subscription is under and Stripe sends you a one-time link — there is no Ciclo password to keep track of.

From there you can change your card, read every invoice, or cancel outright.

The billing page is not connected yet. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PORTAL_URL in .env.local to your Stripe customer portal link. Until then, write to hello@ciclo.now and we will sort it out by hand.

Your reports

Your teardown and every re-measurement arrive as a document, by email. The monitoring app is being built now and you will get access at no change in price.
