Privacy

This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. Ciclo is a business tool sold to firms, so most of what we hold is business contact information rather than personal data about individuals.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: the billing details you give Stripe — name, email, phone, billing address, and card — plus your firm name, website and metro. The card is handled by Stripe; we never see or store the number.
• When you onboard: the contact we should write to, the case types and counties to track, and any firms you want measured against. We need these to build your query list. They are stored on your customer record in Stripe.
• When we measure: the queries we run, the answers the AI assistants gave, the pages they cited, and your status on each. This is about your firm, and it comes from publicly available sources and from the assistants themselves.

What we do with it

We use it to run your audit, deliver your reports, take payment, and write to you about your subscription. We use aggregate, anonymised measurements to improve how Ciclo measures. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to an unrelated mailing list because you asked for an audit. We do not name your firm publicly without asking you first.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of services to run Ciclo, and only for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payments, subscriptions and billing records.
• Our email provider — to send you reports and account email.
• Our hosting provider — to serve this site.

Each holds data on our instructions and only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

Measurement history: for as long as you are a client, plus 12 months, so before-and-after comparisons stay meaningful. Billing records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, apart from records we are obliged to keep.

Your choices

Write to us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. We will not make you jump through hoops for any of those.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets what it needs to process a payment securely during checkout. If analytics are added later, this section has to say so before they go live.
