For personal injury law firms
Someone who was just rear-ended is asking AI which lawyer to call.
The model names three or four firms. Ciclo tells you whether yours is one of them, which pages that answer was built from, and what it takes to get on each one.
14 days free. Cancel before day 14 and you are not charged.
This is what the answer looks like.
The claimant is at home with a sore neck and an insurance adjuster already calling. They ask before they call anybody.
Best truck accident lawyer in Tampa
- Rivera & Ostrow
- Kellerman Injury Law
- Baywater Trial Group
- Missing from 6 of the 9 pages the answer was built from
- Not listed in the "Top 10 truck accident lawyers" roundup, whose criteria you meet
- FindLaw profile is unclaimed and Justia carries the wrong office address
- No page on your site answering what a personal injury lawyer costs
An invented example, not a measured result. Your own answer is what the trial measures.
Monitor, find the gap, fix it, measure what changed.
Not a score. A loop that runs on a schedule, where each step feeds the next.
- 01
Monitor
We run the questions injured people in your counties actually type, against ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, on a schedule. Being mentioned is not being recommended, so we only count the shortlist.
- 02
Find the gap
For every question: were you named, which firms were named instead, and which pages each model read before answering.
- 03
Fix it
Each gap arrives as a work order, already drafted: the profile to claim, the correction to file, the roundup to pitch. Your office reviews and approves before anything is submitted.
- 04
Measure
We re-run the same questions weeks later, so you can see whether the firm entered the shortlist.
Who gets recommended instead of you.
Segment or you will miss the money. A firm can sit high for car accidents in one county and at zero for truck accidents in the same metro, while truck cases are worth many times more.
An invented example, not a measured result. The point is the shape: Ciclo reports the gap and then the reason for it, never a score on its own.
The sources behind the answer, and where you are missing.
AI models answering "best truck accident lawyer in Tampa" mostly do not read law firm websites. They read the directories, rankings and credential platforms that already compare firms.

Ciclo turns those gaps into work orders.
- Claim the FindLaw profile and complete the practice areas
- File the Justia correction so the office address matches the counties you file in
- Submit to the Top 10 roundup, whose stated criteria the firm already meets
- Publish question-shaped pages on fees, timelines and the first call with an adjuster
- Pitch the local paper roundup your competitors appear in each year
One signed case covers years of this.
A single personal injury case is worth somewhere between five figures and far more in fee. If the firm is absent from the recommended set for one case type in one county, there is no alert, no dashboard and no line item. The loss shows up as cases that simply never called.
Ranking on Google is not the same as being recommended.
You can rank first for "truck accident lawyer Tampa" and never be named, because the model is not reading firm websites to build its shortlist. It reads directories, rankings and credential platforms.
- Legal directories
- Ranked listicles
- Credential platforms
- Review platforms
- Local editorial
- Community threads
- Firm websites
Ciclo maps that ecosystem for your trade and your metro, then tells you which part of it you are absent from.
What your buyers actually ask.
A query is one whole question, phrased the way an injured person types it at 11pm. Not a keyword. Yours is written for your case types, your counties and your bar rules.

- what percentage does a personal injury lawyer take
- is it too late to sue after a car crash
- who pays my medical bills after a car accident

Common questions
How do I check whether ChatGPT recommends my law firm?
Ask it your clients’ questions repeatedly, across sessions and models, and record which firms get named. A single answer is noise. Ciclo runs a fixed question list on a schedule and reports how often you are in the shortlist, split by case type and metro.
Is this legal under bar advertising rules?
Ciclo produces compliance-aware drafts under your state’s rules, and your firm approves everything before it is submitted. We are not certifying compliance and we are not your ethics counsel. Anything you are unsure about should go to the people who are.
Why doesn’t my own website matter more?
For "best X near me" questions it mostly does not, because the model assembles its shortlist from third party pages. Your site does matter for explanatory questions such as fees and process, which is why question-shaped pages are on the fix list.
Does the model know where I am when someone types "near me"?
Sometimes, and inconsistently. We test the explicit metro phrasing and the "near me" phrasing separately, because they frequently return different firms.
Can you guarantee I will show up in ChatGPT?
No, and nobody can. What is controllable is whether you appear, correctly and completely, on the sources the models cite for your questions.
You have seen the gap. Closing it is the work.
A teardown is one photograph. On a plan the same questions run on a schedule, every fix arrives already written, and each one is re-measured against the questions it was meant to move. That is the difference between knowing you are invisible and stopping being invisible.
